Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

• Originality: The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
• File Format: The submission file is in Microsoft Word document file format (.docx). We do not accept PDF for the initial review process.
• Template Compliance: The text adheres strictly to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines. The manuscript has been formatted using the official JITBI Template.
• Blind Review: To ensure the integrity of the blind peer-review for submission to this journal, every effort has been made to prevent the identities of the authors and reviewers from being known to each other. (Authors must ensure their names are removed from the main manuscript file).
• Language: The manuscript is written in standard American English. The author confirms that the text has been proofread or edited for clarity and grammar.
• References: The manuscript contains at least 20 references, with a minimum of 80% from journal articles published in the last 5-10 years. All citations use Mendeley/Zotero with IEEE Style.
